The Illinois auction will be held September 1, 2026, offering 856.8± acres in 15 tracts, followed by the Indiana auction on September 3, 2026, featuring 620± acres in 8 tracts. Both auctions will be conducted in a Buyer’s Choice format with live in-person, simulcast online, and phone bidding available. Bidding begins at 10:00 AM Central each day, and online and phone bidders must pre-register (see the bidder packet or contact our office for details). A 1% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases. The Illinois auction will be held at Cardinal Creek Golf Club in Beecher, Illinois, while the Indiana auction will take place at Signature Banquets in Lowell, Indiana. Both auctions are conducted by Auctioneer John R. Klemme and Geswein Farm & Land Realty LLC, exclusive agents for the sellers.
